Great phone! Easy activation

After reading the negative reviews I was reluctant to try Total Wireless. After some time I decided to go ahead. I found Total Wireless reps very helpful and minor problems were resolved quickly. The delays in activation when transferring numbers are caused by the old carrier, not Total Wireless. In addition, I would expect other activation problems are caused by customers providing incorrect or incomplete information. I placed two calls to customer service and engaged in one chat. All three contacts were quick and resolved my questions. I highly recommend this service.
