Honestly, is there any other cereal out there????? 100% RDA across the board? Why pay for less nutritional value? I have been buying this cereal for 50 years and never plan on stopping. I needed to boost my iron intake as my levels were really low and I saw Total has 100% of the daily recommended allowance of that mineral. I don't know if I've ever eaten Total before, but it is one of my usual go-tos for breakfast cereal these days! I have type 2 diabetes and so many breakfast cereals are loaded with sugar, but not Total, only 6 grams per serving!
