I have this cereal every morning with blue berries and skim milk. The cereal provides 100% of your daily allowance of all the key vitamins and minerals that you need on a daily basis. The taste is fine and the flakes are crunchy. Make it part of your breakfast everyday.

I needed to boost my iron intake as my levels were really low and I saw Total has 100% of the daily recommended allowance of that mineral. I don't know if I've ever eaten Total before, but it is one of my usual go-tos for breakfast cereal these days! I have type 2 diabetes and so many breakfast cereals are loaded with sugar, but not Total, only 6 grams per serving!
