the only cheesy salsa I will buy. it's cheesy with the right amount of hotness, not too hot, not too bland.. my only problem is that after a few uses the moisture tends to separate from the cheese and creates a lot of water on top. it tends to turn rancid after a while but then I keep things in the refrigerator longer than I should. if you use all the jar or most of the jar soon after opening this would not be a problem.
