Excellent experience in all aspects
I had been shopping for a new computer since December. I finely narrowed it down between a Toshiba and an HP. Since I already own a trusty Toshiba for 7 years and still running I naturally went with the Toshiba. I love the new speed and the HD 17.3" screen. I'm still learning my way around Windows 10 which I'm finding fairly easily. The customer service I received was exceptional. Before my computer even arrived I notice it went on clearance. When I called customer service, the representative very pleasant, she refunded the difference as soon as she looked it up. The whole transaction only took a couple of minutes.
