Easy to swollen and bottle came sealed

Read the pills were horse size , there no larger then a Tylenol , has a coat so there easy to swallow. I guess if you have problems swallowing them maybe you will but if you can take as I said Tylenol size tabs you should have no problems. My bottle came sealed and the sealed inside cap with cotton in inside bottle , no pills were broken , now on my second days hopefully these will help me maintain bone loss and strength.:)

Very Economical and Digestable

I have been taking Toplux Magnesium 3 in 1 Tablets along with apple cider vinegar and potassium for serve leg cramps. This seems to help more than the meds the doctors been giving me.When you have server charlie horses, you will try anything to get rid of them. It does not get rid of them completely for me but I no longer have 13 legs cramps a night.This one doesn't upset my stomach. Recommend to take these supplements. Finally found one that I liked and felt god to take. Before going to bed so has time to work in body I was told. Good product[Packaging & Delivery:] The packaging is as expected and arrived without incident. Delivery was fast and as promised.[Summery:] Highly Recommend. Well worth the price. All in all I am very happy. I am comfortable with the 5 stars. I have no problem recommending these Capsules or the seller.

Cheap source of nutrients

This product contains Zinc and Magnesium primarily in the form Zinc Oxide and Magnesium Oxide. These are some of the least digestible versions of these nutrients. In fact, magnesium oxide is frequently used as a laxative, and zinc oxide as a lotion additive, because they are cheap and poorly absorbed in the diet. The solution is to only consume these supplements at meal times, when your stomach acid spikes.I have noticed the effects, especially of the zinc.
