The Topcon TP-15 Heavy-Duty Wood / Fiberglass Tripod is a rugged and durable mounting tool ideal for all surveying and construction applications. Featuring a wood and fiberglass leg construction, it offers a sturdy platform to accommodate and hold most equipment. It also comes with a round, 6.5-inch diameter tripod head and a universal 5/8-11 thread for easy and quick mounting of instruments. This tripod by Topcon provides an adjustable height that extends up to 63 inches and collapses down to 38 inches. It is equipped with a quick clamp locking mechanism to allow hassle-free adjustments. With self-adjusting metal hinges and die-cast aluminum thumb screws, it ensures smooth operation at all times. It has built-in tripod stabilization system for guaranteed superior stability. This tripod includes replaceable hardened steel points to keep it steady when used on slippery or uneven surfaces. For convenient storage and transport, it is supplied with a heavy-duty carrying strap and has a closed height of 42 inches.
