Good value

Good product for the price. Easy to install. I will say that the shade doesn’t stay secure when you pull the top down and the bottom up at the same time. But again, this is about 1/10th of the price of a similar Levelor or Bali product.

This company does not include the tool that I need to reach the top in order to pull the top down and also to put the top back all the way up I am 5' 1” and I have to stand on a latter to reach it - if you are 6 feet tall you could probably reach it. A big headache for me - will never order from this company again !!! I called them and their phone keeps bleeping then they waited a week to send me the parts that I already had -Then I called and asked what the heck - where is the tool - Oh we don't have any of those things.
