Haven't used it much yet so I can't speak on the totality. So far, its operable with a tiny mirror inside. Once you open then close the case, the fan remains on even without a toothbrush in it. that'll probably be my main con for now. I'll give an update after a couple uses.

This has been a great investment in my health. I kept sore throats and tonsillitis on and off all of my life. I would change my toothbrush every time I was sick with just about anything. There are so many germs in peoples mouths so you know they are on your toothbrush. Toothpaste does not get rid of the germs. It fights them but they never totally disappear. Bacteria stays on your brush esp if it is wet when you put it away after use it is just a breeding ground for bacteria. My toothbrush fits perfectly in the case. I love the fact that it dries and sterilizes or kills the bacteria with ionization. I do not get sick as often as I did before and if I do now my illness does not last very long. It is like using a new toothbrush everyday. I wish I would have had this years ago. Great investment for a former RDH.
