I find the smell alot more pleasant than any other rodent or insect spray. i spray the basement and garage. when i do, i find the insect also leave those areas. my mouser died recently and the squirrels are now plentiful in my yard, which makes me think that the rodents will be following suit. so far, so good. no signs of them i. the garage or house.

This stuff is GREAT! It's in like an aerosol can but once sprayed it comes out more precise and it has the most pleasant peppermint scent! I don't know why rodents wouldn't like it because I LOVE it! I'm glad that they don't though! :) Full size can at that! I little goes a long way! I'm definitely buying more for maintenance purposes!
