Tom's of Maine Antiperspirant Deodorant for Women, Natural Powder, 2.25 oz.

This is my first time using a natural deodorant product. I am excited to say it works perfectly!! I have used about 10 different deodorants of various brands that are not naturally derived and have not been completely impressed by any of them. I decided to really put this deodorant to the test this week. I showered and put on the deodorant in the morning. I was very active that day including a car wash, exercising and other household chores. The next day I did not apply any other deodorant nor did I shower. I know, gross! By the end of the second day I still did not have stinky underarms. Amazing! I am very impressed by this deodorant. I got the natural powder scented one this time. I think I will try a new scent the next time. I really don't like the scent of baby powder under my arms, which is what this smelled like. I have a new go-to deodorant and could not be happier!

The Tom's of Maine Naturally Dry Natural Powder Antiperspirant Deodorant Stick for Women is A+ in my book. There was one little glitch when I removed the top and twisted the dial - the dial was stuck and did not want to budge. I just tried a few more times and the dial was in motion, allowing me to adjust the deodorant and apply it. The application was smooth and the smell is great, particularly for anyone who likes a powder scent. When reading the ingredients it may seem that some are not natural but further research on the Tom's of Maine website shows each item in the deodorant and where it originated from (if you want to take a look). This company cares about nature so much that they create packaging that is intended to be recycled. Their packaging is biodegradable. They are also known to be cruelty-free, so, I checked the PETA website and there is page that lists Tom's of Maine as a cruelty-free company who does not test on animals. I wanted to makes sure as there is no bunny on the packaging. (The bunny typically allows consumers to know at a glance whether they test on animals or not.) The PETA website states that some companies do not have the bunny yet are cruelty-free. This is the case with Tom's of Maine. There are so many reasons to like this deodorant beyond its job of being an antiperspirant and deodorant. This company and this product are music to my ears.
