The ToiletTree standing toilet paper roll holder came within a couple of days of purchase. The item came in its own box, but since I ordered it from Walmart.com, the box came within a Wal-mart box which added extra protection from the item being damaged with shipping. The item was delivered undamaged. The toilet paper roll holder came unassembled but was easy to assemble since it only consisted of 2 pieces. Two screws were included and they were in their own little plastic bag. The kit even included the screw driver which is used to connect the 2 pieces. There are sticky pads included to put on the feet of the holder and which will also stick to the bathroom floor to make the holder become more stable. It took all but 5 to 7 minutes to setup.
