U10's Dry, chemical-free, wild North Atlantic Scallops. We pick them up in New Bedford, MA., right off the scallop boats—big, dry, and all-natural. Nothing added, ever. The best you can get — period. Hand-harvested diver sea scallops are a true delicacy known for their sweetness and firm texture. Ours are always dry-packed. Dry-packed scallops like these are as they were plucked out of the ocean. Our scallops are delicious in various ways: ceviche, sautéed, braised, steamed, fried, and even grilled as kebabs. These diver sea scallops are among the best on the market and from a source that you can trust. The sweet, juicy meat of a premium scallop is a one-of-a-kind seafood experience.
