it was true to size, with soft, breathable fabric. After several washings, the fabric has not lost it's stretchiness. although it is not meant to be a adult diaper, it soaks up the little bit of leakage I get once in awhile. I suppose it's cute enough, although that was of no matter to me.

The quality of these underwear are great. They are very well-made and supportive. Best underwear I've ever gotten. I am a 1 X or large, that's what I normally buy . did some investigating on material and read reviews. I wanted more support and full coverage. so I bought the 2x. When they arrived, I was so pleased. Material was tight like they were a little too small. but actually once you wear them, they are surprisingly comfortable and supportive. So great I love them. So I would say they've run on the smaller side,definitely get the next size up. You won't. Regret it.
