I've never taken multivitamins before because of the size of the pills. Ive always had trouble swallowing large pills. After reading reviews on One A Day vitamins I decided to go for the gummies despite the fact that some reviews say the taste is not that great. I am very finicky however, I was very surprised that I actually liked the taste and they are small too. I liked the texture as well they don't stick to your teeth lol.

I buy these for myself and my elderly mother. How well do they work? I have no clue but take them irregardless. They actually don't taste too bad being a vitamin and we both seem to tolerate them well. One thing to point out…..I know One A Day has been around forever and they have a good reputation and feel safe to take these. But, isn't it a bit hokey they're called one a day yet you gotta take two??? Just saying……
