Unreliable sub vendor

After placing an order for this wreath, I received confirmation that it would be delivered in about 30 days. That lead time surprised me. Finally, I received notice that the order had been shipped but would arrive about 3 days late. About a week later I received notice that the order had been cancelled with no explanation. I am guessing that the order was placed with a vendor in China who backed out after Trumps tariffs were announced.
