Broken pieces.

Opened the box today after it was delivered on Thursday. So I kept saying to myself what's all this noise we needless to say it was a bunch of zip ties at the bottom and black plastic pieces. Welp those pieces came from the shift knob and it did annoy me very much but I'm not going to go out of my way to return because of that. But overall the bike is very nice and sturdy. Now if I had no broken pieces in my box ,these unknown zip ties and me having to wrap it around the handle bar I would've given it a five star.
