You sent me V rated tires and my car requires W. Tire shop won't install. I put my vehicle info in your webpage before ordering and it advises they were the right size. Very very upset. Sent you an email and no response .

Not installed, but look good
Tire was very nicely priced. Tread looks both aggressive and quiet. V-rated is rare in a snow tire. Interested to see how they perform once on the car.
