Great Service - Knowledge and communication iffy.

I was trying to confirm the UTQG rating on this tire. The web site stated 200TW, but the part # listed is a 300TW tire. Email (3) times and finally got a response the stated it's the 200TW tire. I ordered a pair and got them within (2) days only to discover they are 300TW. They did return them, after I emailed another (3) time and called them on the phone. I'd buy from them again despite these issues.
