Received wrong size tires

The tires look great! My issue is I received the wrong size tires. Was supposed to be 16x8.5-8 (4)total… I received (2) correct (2) wrong I can't get a response back yet. (Nobody answers the phone…. Frustrating ) been trying 3days now. No luck with a New set of properly fit tires ordered. Gladly change my review if I get some help. And Right tires! Tires pictured are for 10” not 8” …
