Time and Tru Women's and Women's Plus Utility Shirtdress with Long-Sleeves, Sizes XS-4X

I am 5'3' and 110 lbs. I had to decide between a size small and a size medium. Since I would be using this for work, I went with the medium (also to allow some room in case I gain a few pounds). But the smll would have worked well too. It is a nice shirt dress and love the color.

This dress is super cute and the tie waist makes it even more flattering as you can synch it in or wear it loose. I am 5'3 and it hit right at the knee for me. There's a slight slit up each side which made it feel shorter but with this being a lightweight dress, you can wear it spring, summer or fall. It could also be paired with high casual boots in the winter. Buttons are all functional and I recommend washing and drying on delicate. I let mine air-dry once and it wrinkled pretty bad but drying with a fabric softener worked better.
