These are beautiful, I love them! I have even gifted these and the gold. I think it's hit or miss or durability. I have some that haven't broke and another pair that a crystal fell out and another that the back broke. The back breaking wasn't a big deal though because they have a closure and come with backs.

To dress for success: I paired them with solid black pants and black sweater with a touch of white trim around the neck and sleeves of the sweater.
