Directions: Grind beans just prior to brewing for maximum freshness. Measure two (2) level tablespoons of Tim Hortons coffee for every 8 fl oz (250 mL) of fresh cold water. Water and coffee maker conditions may vary. Adjust to taste. For optimal freshness, seal bag tightly and store away from heat and cold.

I buy this about once a year when I'm taking a break from roasting, waiting for the new crops to arrive. For a commercial grade coffee it's not bad, full bodied with some bitterness on the tounge but overall pleasant taste.

I only had Tim Horton's coffee a couple of times when I was in Canada. Unfortunately, it was at a Tim Horton's fast food place. (The TimBits were Amazing and Fresh!) I saw an online review from James Hoffman. He gave Tim Horton's Original Blend a very good review as a favorite pick for a Medium Blend coffee. I was curious so I ordered Tim Horton for myself and am loving it! Smooth, not really bitter, and a pleasant flavor and aroma.

This is my favorite coffee by far. I learned about Tim Horton's when I was working in Canada a few years ago. Great aroma, and great that my favorite coffee is also among the lower priced coffees. Maybe the cheapest?
