I'm a 45 yr old female with shorter, spiky hair. I have tried many "pastes" to give my hair texture without weight and to give it the extra spike that it needs without looking sticky, but this is the only one I have found that can do the trick. It smells nice, is a pretty blue, and keeps my hair where I put it.
