Quality Jack Post for floor support

This jack post is very well made, sturdy, strong and looks good. I discovered a cracked floor joist (which is really a barn beam) on far left side of the house near the foundation. I used the jack post to support the beam. where it had cracked. Now the floor on that side feels more solid and supported, and my floor doesn't creek as much. The post was easy to assemble, and adjust. It did not take long to set it up . There are several adjustment levels depending on how long it needs to be. I am using it at a height of 78 inches, but it could go at least a foot or more higher.
