Well while I wouldn't reccomend eating this product so I can't confrim taste lol... This stuff is amazing for muscle aches but also migraines! I put it across my forehead and bridge of my nose and temples and it alleviates the worst migraines! I use it on the back of my neck as well or just smell it for some relief. Literally don't leave home without this stuff! I call it my emotional support hahahaha
