Certain items require a little more spend to ensure you have a quality product. This would be one of them. With boys in my household, I needed a detergent that was going to get the dirt, sweat, overall funk out of their clothes. I used to buy the cheap stuff to keep a lower budget, but the others were just not doing the job. I decided one day years ago to try out this one as it showed the words "advanced sweat and stain fighter" in it. Plus, I decided to move away from the pods and back to liquid so I thought I would give this a try. WOW!! What a difference it made! All my boys could not believe how clean their clothes looked and smelled! This detergent not only cleaned all of our clothes, but it didn't gunk up my washer, didn't leave any residue on the clothes, no left behind dirt and truly, the price is not bad at all for the quality you are getting. I made the decision that since I could cut back in other areas of my budget, I could afford to keep getting this detergent to ensure that all of our clothes are nice, clean, and smelling fresh. Plus, it does not harm my washer. This is a keeper for sure, especially for the boys in my house!

Smells good. Great detergent for ppl who sweat a great deal or have strong body odor. Leaves clothes Tide clean!! I only use two detergents Tide and another name brand. My biggest complaint is when Tide quit making their lavender detergent! It was my ALL TIME favorite!!
