Lately, I have been craving cereal, but have also been trying to cut out sugar while incresing protein. I love that there are products out there now that can satisfy both the craving while staying on track with my goals. I have tried the fruity and cinnamon flavor and both are delicious with ir without milk. I have put the cinnamon on sliced apples with sugar free caramel sauce- highly recommend, and also mixed in with popcorn for a salty and sweet combo. It is pretty expensive..there are not many bowls of cereal in the box, but it is nice to have around as a once in a while treat that doesn't make me feel sluggish and bloated adter like a lot of the regular cereals do for me.

My new favorite breakfast

This is my new favorite breakfast option! In trying to eat healthier, it's been years since I had cereal for breakfast, but I was happy to discover this as a new option. Not quite as sweet as it's sugary competitor but definitely a lot better for me with more protein and also plant based, thank you! Pleasant taste, nice texture once wet, and satisfyingly crunchy. I will buy this again.

Tasty Cereal Option/Alternative

High quality food item! Good for healthy breakfast or snack - and for all ages. I feel comfortable eating this myself and giving it to my toddler. Also a good option for people with food allergies or sensitivities. Taste is sweet and not artificial tasting - like a healthy fruit loop! I will definitely buy this again and am looking forward to buying other three wish flavors!
