Good waterproof coverage

I bought this product 2 years ago. I have used it on the wood plank floor to my trailer. It has been great protection for the wood in my trailer.

Has the formula changed?

I had some 5 or maybe 10 year old Thompson water seal. I put it on with my old Thomspon sprayer and it worked great. However, I swear the sealer was clear. Purchase a new can of sealer and it was milky and was very difficult to spary on my fence. The application was very blotchy. It look terrible but as it dried the apperance improved. Still have some sticky areas and wasted a lot of sealer because of how it sprayed.. I still recommend Thompson's water sealer because I have used it over 30 years with no problem. Makes me wonder if its my sprayer or if its the product. I may have to do the fence again to ensure proper coverage with a new sprayer and product.

Hello. Yes, the formulation has changed. This is to comply with government-enforced VOC restrictions. However, the current product once dry and completely penetrated into the surface, should perform similar to our previous formulation. Our current formulation will look milky or cloudy in the container and while being applied, but should dry clear. Yes, it is thicker since solvents were removed from the product. it goes on very easy

My only problem with this product it only last for one year, you need to make a product that last for at least 2-3 years. I am 80 years and I can't be doing two decks and a patio every year.
