Season 6 didn't play and seller did not resolve

Seasons 1-5 worked fine, but two of the DVDs in Season 6 did not work, including the one with the final episodes. The seller sent me a replacement that did not play at all. Their response was to play it in a different DVD player and they did not refund me 1/6 of the purchase price, which would have been the right thing to do. I suspect these are not legitimate, above-board DVDs.

Verified Purchase

Three defective discs

We bought the complete six-season DVD set of "This Is Us" on the 23rd of April. We received the set on 10th or 11th of May. We have been binge-watching two or three times per week since then. Unfortunately/frustratingly, three discs were defective: Disc 4 of Season 4, plus Discs 3 and 4 of Season 6. The middle one would not work AT ALL in any of three CD payers. The first and third of these three discs had extensive freezing/jumping, so we couldn't actually watch all the way through. What can we do about that? We would like to just exchange those three discs, if possible, but the entire Season 4 and Season 6 if not possible.
