These cookies are wonderful. They're thin and crispy, with just the right amount of coconut. I love to eat them with a cup of coffee. Hot tea would be nice too, if that's your thing. The only negative thing that I can say are that they're fragile and break easily, so sometimes you're left with crumbs at the bottom of the bag.
