A Really Great Heating Pad
This is great for back and hip aches, pulls, strains, etc. The size is great as it covers my whole back and it stays hot for a long time. The clay is just a perfect conductor. I only use it for heat so I cannot comment on how it would work for cold applications. I keep both sizes in the house at all times. It also is reusable and lasts a long time. Very convenient because it uses the microwave and it also has two velcro straps to keep the pad in place.
