I first purchased this for my wife, who had calf cramps at night all the time. It worked good. then I tried it at night for my knee and leg pain. It works great for that too. I have even used it on my forehead at night for headaches. Works great on that too.

Great product and I did not think it would work. My husband convinced me to try it. Wow! Stops a leg cramp almost instantly most of the time! Use it even if you think you're going to get a cramp. It's a great natural healer. The magnesium ingredient absorbs into the skin to give your body what it needs and is usually deficient. Has other minerals and skin conditioners. Can be used for restless legs but I didn't need it for that. Use it for sore muscles, too. I placed a bottle in my bedroom, office, and in my purse. I preferred the roll on as it was more convenient except I am getting the spray in case I can't reach my feet.

My brother recommended this to me when I mentioned that I'd been getting horrible cramps in my calves. I was doubtful that it could work right through your skin ... but somehow it does. I have found that if I apply it just as soon as I feel a cramp coming on, the better and quicker it works relative to waiting until it's a full-on crippling cramp.
