Only use as directed. Always freeze in a freezer bag. Apply to dry skin only. Do not microwave for more than the tine mentioned above. Do not apply if the product is too hot to touch. Do not apply to infected areas or open wounds without consulting a doctor. Do not put in the dryer or washing machine. Do not submerge in water. Do not use if wet. Do not ingest.

Instructions
"Instructions for Cold Therapy: Keep the sleeve in the provided clear plastic freezer bag or use your own and place it in the freezer for at least two hours. After two hours remove the sleeve from the freezer and test its temperature. If it is too cold to comfortably place on your knee or elbow, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature. Once it is at your desired temperature, place the sleeve on your knee or elbow.Instructions for Hot Therapy: The sleeve should be at room temperature before heating. Remove the sleeve from its plastic bag. Place the sleeve in the microwave and heat for 20 seconds and add in 10 second increments. After each interval, check the sleeve to ensure it has reached the desired temperature and is not too warm to wear comfortably. If too warm, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature. Once it is at your desired temperature, place the sleeve on your knee or elbow. All microwaves may vary."

Being an active adult with joint issues from years of abuse, I bought 2 Xl and 2 l sleeves for my knees and elbows… unfortunately I have not been able to use them as my Son a club soccer player tried it the first night and fell in love. He uses them every night after practice as they are so easy to use… slip them on and go about your business… he loves them so much he wants 2 ankle and 2 knee sleeves for himself to take to college next year
