Excellent product! Huge amount of product for the money. As a dried food product, it must be rehydrated; so it's not a snack type product. But any rich savory stew or soup type dish would be greatly enhanced with this product. The mushrooms themselves are a nice mix with deeply earthy flavors and varying textures.
