Surprised Me %26 Exceeded my Expectations!
I didn't expect this to feel so heavy and admit I was dubious that it could help me, but I gave it a try. I often awaken in the middle of the night - either from outside noise or to use the bathroom - and about half the time I struggle to fall back asleep. For me, this works at least 90% of the time. I like that it's designed for both side- and back-sleepers, that it has a thinner cool cotton side (great on hot summer nights) and a plush warm side (when the cool winds blow), that it doesn't need to be secured with a strap (it drapes across the eyes and when it falls off I'm fast asleep), and I love that it's machine washable and one-size does seem to fit all. It's expensive, though I shopped around and couldn't find it cheaper, but for me (on a fixed income), I'd buy it again because it works. If it didn't work, I would have simply returned it at my local Walmart.

Would recommend getting your self one
Soft yes and I like sleeping with this nodpod but it is not heavy enough and it is difficult to get the corner into the small hole to keep it in place as you sleep. The beads have a cooling effect when you apply the one side on your eyes and that is nice I am going to place it in the feeezer for a little too.
