one of the best films ever made on the best home video format available. the film's story and star filled cast will take you on an emotional journey behind the bars of an early 1900s penitentiary. the film's characters tell a story so well that you will experience their pain, feel their Joy and by the end answer all of your questions. get your popcorn early because you won't want to miss a minute.

A classic with very high rewatch ability!

One of the best movies ever made and definitely in my top ten, near the top. I've owned various copies of this movie over the years and the 4k release is the best, however it's not a massive increase in fidelity compared to some other older films that have received a 4k release. Either way, it's worth having in your collection.
