The Pioneer Woman Roaster with Rack is so large it will be wonderful for our holiday meals. We have a large family and this pan will hold plenty of turkey and stuffing, or whatever we use it for. I used it recently for a 7lb roast and all the veggies, this pan is so large it makes my roast look small. You can use it with or without the roasting rack that comes with it. The pan is heavy, durable, well coated and just a great addition to my kitchen. The best thing is The Pioneer Woman's brand, their products are second to none!

Very big plenty of room to use to make just about anything. Made a roast the other night with everything potatoes, carrots etc. It was so nice to have this huge roaster and rack. It had lots of room to breathe and cool. I've made several home cooked meals in this roaster and it turns out great every time. Great for large meat and souffles, casseroles love them the best. Beautiful for anyone that loves to cook like I do. I love to use because its very deep and I'm going to try a turkey in it soon. It cooks everything with ease. The rack is perfect to use also. It comes in handy. Depending on size of meat it will hold alot. Perfect for large roasts mine was great.
