Better quality than older ones

Being a basset owner I've collected these hound cookie jars from the start and this one is on the better end of the spectrum. I bought two so I could use one. Both jars seal well and the glaze is even. The added piece to the head works well to keep it airtight. I've been using it for 3 months now, hand washed it a few times, and so far so good.

LOVE THIS! I do not buy this for use as a cookie jar, I put my K-cups in it. The seal doesn't seem like it would seal off great. But its heavy and nicely made. She usually makes them colored like her Charlie Bassy, but ours is a different color so this one was perfect.
