Must …TEAR BOX COMPLETELY OPEN!!! THEN LIFT SIGN OUT, intact. Why? Because there is a big non removable protective, cardboard center tube, to keep weight off sign! If you pull the sign out it will rip the bow and berries off of the sign! So…..tear open the box entirely and lift it out! Voila!! Gorgeous intact bow, berries, and sign. ….love it. Beautiful. It is huge.

I love it! The only problem I had was some of the red berries just dropped off and I think you should let whomever you deal with at The Pioneer Woman brand that they need to take more care when packing items like this as the pretty's on the top we're not protected at all which is what cause some of them to fall off. I still love it because it matches a new tablecloth and napkins I purchased for the holiday season.
