This paring knife was pretty easy to cut with. It sliced with a decently smooth performance. I have been disappointed in the past with other knives, but I really like this one. The decoration adds a nice floral touch to a tool that usually otherwise has a bland appearance.

Perfect Knife
This is so pretty when I first opened it. I picked it up and it felt so light. I'm getting older and I like things that are not so heavy. This knife feels so nice and once I sliced some lemons I was so in love with it. I might be buying a whole set of these.

Feels custom made for my hand
Okay, this little paring knife is cute but don't let that fool you. It is very sharp. The blade runs through the handle so it has a little heft to it. The blade is solid stainless steel. It is not flexible like your cheaper knives. The handle fits well in my hand and does not get slipper. I have been slicing tomatoes and such super thin without getting them all mushy cause this knife loves to slice and peel and dice.
