These are really nice mugs, a bit larger than I expected and that's great!. They will be great for hot cocoa at Christmas time. I am so glad I was able to get a set, love the design and the red is perfect , very much a holiday red and not brick red, which was what I was hoping for. Great but broken

The cups were great...but arrived broken. Returning them was required. So Irritating as I could've sent photos for replacement. After hassling w/ that, I didn't order more. Sick of this nonsense policy for a $13 item that was broken. A replacement should've been sent out, period.
