I really like this little bowl set. The colors are pretty, not too bright but not pastel either, just gentle colors that go with a lot of different kitchen styles. The bowls are small, perfect for a small snack or for serving small portions of sides like tomatoes for tacos, etc. My kids love them for ice cream. The lids fit on solidly, so they're great for taking in my lunch box without worrying about spills. They are made of melamine, so they are not microwave safe and cannot go in the microwave. I have been hand washing the lids, as they are a slightly weaker plastic so I feel that they'd last longer if I don't put them in the dishwasher. They're sturdier than glass or ceramic as far as I don't think they'd shatter if dropped, which was another reason I really like using them for carrying lunch items.

Really cute ! Great size! Ordered several ssts and broke up into colors, gave for gifts ! The only problem, some of the lids didn't fit tight enough on some of the bowls , hence the four star, but still really like, especially the size and color, outside texture!
