I'm slowly recycling my ugly food storage containers and replacing with what I find esthetically pleasing and functional. These snap tight by pushing on the middle “button” ….a nice little “pop” sound occurs. That way you know the container is sealed. I'm not going to lie, I still check all around the edges to make sure they are snapped down all the way. They definitely are not the same quality as the similarly designed classic Tupperware. But cuteness goes a long way!
