The Perfect Tiny Hoop Baby & Toddler Earrings 9mm Hoop - 14k Gold

These hoops are the perfect “huggie” style for my daughter. They hug her ear and don't leave much dangle room. Plus they're adorable, she gets so many compliments on them. They were a little tricky to get the clasp to engage bc of how strong they are. Very high quality, I'm very impressed.

These are perfect for my 9-YO daughter, who loves touching her earrings. Because she was constantly fiddling with them, she kept losing the backs of the studded earrings she wore before we got her these— she even lost the backs of the safety studs from the piercing shop. This sweet girl also broke the larger gold hoops we gave her just before we discovered these; those ones were 24K and not designed for children. Without the hinge, one of them snapped in half because the gold was soft and the design was more delicate. The size, the hinge, and the firmness of this pair have a lot of promise and we are hopeful that they last. They have been in for over a week and we have had no problems whatsoever. Their smooth low-profile design is actually less tempting for her to touch, so that in and of itself if a win! Plus, they're cute! She is old enough to care about the aesthetic and she really likes these simple hoops. Don't know what to say about fit. Her ears are not abnormally small or thin, and she's a normal 9-YO. Maybe she's on the petite side. I think it matters more where the piercing is located relative to the edge of the ear, and how that distance compares to the size of the hoop. I believe there were multiple size options and we picked the larger one. Wish these were available in a darker gold but not complaining. Grateful for this successful pair and hope they last!!
