I'm pretty good at dicing vegetables by hand; so initially, I bought this Ninja Express to chop up leftover Thanksgiving turkey. (for turkey salad sandwiches.) It worked good. But it really shined when I used the Ninja Express to chop up onions, celery, and bell pepper for potato salad. It was FAST! All it takes is a couple of quick pulses to produce perfectly diced veggies. And, the dicer serves as a storage container. Great gift idea.

Bought this to replace my ultimate chopper after reviews on YouTube. Had the ultimate chopper for years and it was powerful and would chop about anything but it didn't have much capacity. Despite its small footprint the express chopper has a larger capacity and is also very powerful. The blades are extremely sharp, Don't ask me how I know that. Lol. Extremely easy to clean. Only used it a few times since I got it but so far so good. I would recommend it if you need something a little smaller than a full size chopper, and takes up a small footprint on your counter

Absolutely the best!

If you need a small chopper this is the ONLY one you should consider. As with all Ninja products there are twice as many blades as other brands. I had replaced a Kitchenaid that was 20 years old with a $15 Bella chopper. First time I used that I knew it was trash. Found this Ninja and love it. Easy to use and clean and you never have to worry about uneven chopping. It does only have one speed but that is not a concern to me.
