I'm pretty good at dicing vegetables by hand; so initially, I bought this Ninja Express to chop up leftover Thanksgiving turkey. (for turkey salad sandwiches.) It worked good. But it really shined when I used the Ninja Express to chop up onions, celery, and bell pepper for potato salad. It was FAST! All it takes is a couple of quick pulses to produce perfectly diced veggies. And, the dicer serves as a storage container. Great gift idea.

Honestly, I was skeptical because the price was so low. It's not top-notch but it's 100% worth the money. It does the job it should and it's extremely affordable. I used it to make homemade hummus. The top does seem to get a bit warm quickly, so tread lightly if you're processing something that will take a long time. Maybe give the machine a break. Overall, I would recommend this product. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This is the second one of this particular brand and model of small food processor we've purchased. The first one lasted at least ten years and the blade was still sharp, but the container started showing signs of cracking, so we purchased another one. Hope they never change this model, we'll need another one in ten years!
