Use it every morning when I get out of the shower. I've been using summers eve and vagisil since I was 16, and nothing has EVER worked. I am now 27, happened to stumble across honey pot, and decided I would give the spray and wash a try. I was away for the weekend and forgot my deodorant. I used this Jasmine spray on my underarms and this stuff is wonderful!!! With the heat index being over 100 degrees and walking on the boardwalk, then dancing and my t shirt being drenched in sweat....no smell at all!!!! This spray kept me fresh through all of that!!!! I will definitely be buying this again!!!!!!
