I am a retired nurse. During my working years, I often had no time to go to the bathroom. The urge to pee would go away and I would forget to pee. My bladder got stretched out and I now have a huge capacity bladder. Now that I am older, I decrease my fluid intake in the evening and go pee before I go to bed. With THIS incontinence pad, I didn't pee all over the place. The pad was able to handle it. Part of my underwear got a bit damp. I didn't have to change my nightgown or waterproof pad, though.
