After having become sensitive to most conventional panty liners, and many organic brands where only the very top piece is considered organic and the rest of the liner is not, this has become my go to pantyliner. I've yet to have any reaction to anything from their brand. Including their tampons! Several other organic brands have caused immense cramping for me when I wear the tampons. They are a little bit harder to find but well worth the time to track them down and the price!
